Policies

At The Crown Center there are some policies that must be followed in order to keep all guests and performers safe.

Here is a list of Prohibited Items not allowed on The Crown Center property.
     •    No weapons or controlled substances are allowed.
     •    No smoking is permitted in any of the facilities, this includes electronic cigarettes. The Crown Center has designated smoking areas located around our facilities.
     •    No pets are allowed except Service pets.
     •    No food, beverages or containers may be brought into the Crown Center. You will find that our concessions have a great selection of food and beverages available.
     •    Cameras are prohibited for particular shows. Contact our main office at 910-438-4100 for more information if needed.  
When entering our facilities all bags are subject to search

• PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOU LEAVE OUR VENUES, WE DO NOT ALLOW RE-ENTRY.

Here at The Crown Center we provide each guest with the equal opportunities to enjoy our facilities. All of our entrances have wheelchair access.  Our Coliseum, Ballroom and Expo Center all have access to an elevator and escalators. We also provide handicap parking in the front of our facilities.
